Sleep Inn & Suites Danville Hwy 58

We needed a place for a quick overnight in Danville before dropping our youngest at a trade school in town. Our late night arrival after 14 hours of driving was soothed by the two charming ladies at the front desk. They exuded southern hospitality and quickly and efficiently checked us in and gave us information on breakfast. After a quick bag drag, I stopped back by and asked them for information about the local area activities for my son during his stay. They were very knowledgeable about the things that we could do and very kind and considerate. We found the room very clean, the beds firm but not hard, and the bathroom spacious with great water pressure, a must! Breakfast began at 6AM and since we had a 7AM checkin at the school, we arrived as the staff member was putting the last of the breakfast out. It was standard American breakfast fare, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, a waffle maker, an assortment of yogurts, milk, coffee, apple and orange juices, coffee and water. The food quality was good and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast and the staff member was very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed. After breakfast and quick showers, we loaded up our gear and had one last pleasant interaction when turning in our key with the new staff member working the day shift at the front desk. After staying here for such a brief night, I will gladly come back for a longer, more relaxing stay when we come out to visit our son!

Everything is always so good when I stay.. The rooms are very clean,staff is always very friendly even people that are staying here are friendly… I stayed here twice & Have no complaints at all.. JOB WELL DONE TEAM& THANK YOU!

Good, clean hotel. Friendly staff. This Sleep Inn has become the place I stay when visiting the area including VIR. Updated to say another nice stay this past weekend.

Prior to reservation I checked the reviews and the 2 star rating. Because of its close proximity to VIR and amenities nearby we chose to stay there. One thing that stood out the best is their staff from general manager to the room housekeepers. I would love to mention names but I feel it is not going to be fair with staff we did not interact with. From the time we checked in till we checked out… THANK YOU! I rated 4 stars to our room due to dated TV and rather dim lighting. By the way… in our prior travels I have seen four star rated hotels with dated TV and furnishings than this hotel. The one that stood out the most for us is a supposedly 4 star hotel and resort in Monterey, CA. We paid $600 per night which was not worth it. In other words ratings do not guarantee top notched hotels. The most important factor is quality of staff.

Love this place! The rooms are very clean and comfortable and everybody is super friendly. Breakfast is always very good. This is our new home away from home when we travel to Danville.

Squeaky clean place! The room was perfectly clean, spacious and very comfortable! There is a grocery store and a restaurant very close by, which makes the hotel location a good one because it's a rather rural area otherwise. What can I say about the service! The lady with the eyeglasses and braids was so amazing, friendly and so invested in her job! She was on duty on the afternoon of the 22nd September 2025 and the next morning and noon time on the 23rd. They also allow truck parking, which is very convenient and extremely appreciated!
